Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Accreditation Program

At Inhale Yoga & Fitness, we understand that the craft of learning to guide a variety of bodies through asana, pranayama, meditation, and functional movement requires more than just 200 hours of learning. Our program differs from the current standard of 200 hour trainings in that you will learn both the Eastern methodologies embedded in philosophical texts, Eastern practicum as established by the pioneers of yoga, and fuse this knowledge with Western methods and understand the ever evolving research in the fields of yoga asana, kinesiology and functional movement.

This program is matriculated and your progress is determined at your own pace, as our modules will be running yearly, allowing for professional flexibility and budgetary consideration & planning. Whether you intend to teach yoga, or if you are just looking to deepen your practice, this program will allow you to customize your learning schedule, and will offer you the richest content driven program available in San Diego.
