Walter is an RYT-200 and a co-founder of Inhale Yoga & Fitness. Walter’s journey and passion with yoga began in 2011 when he turned to yoga to rehabilitate a torn Achilles tendon. As a lifelong athlete, Walter recognized that yoga not only offered him a safe way to heal his body but also experienced the many physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga had to offer. With the encouragement of his friends and his teacher Lora Heiner, Walter completed his vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2013. Walter’s classes are energetic, challenging, alignment oriented and fun. His mission is to crush any misperceptions or stereotypes surrounding yoga, and to share the myriad of benefits this practice can offer his students.
