You may recognize Taylor as the first face you see at Inhale’s Front Desk. Not only is Taylor skilled in customer service, she also is a certified yoga instructor.
Taylor first discovered her love of physical fitness at the age of 5 when she was drawn to the Jane Fonda workout videos of the 80s. As a teenager, she stumbled upon yoga through a book, although it wasn’t until her late twenties, when Taylor became focused on healthy and conscious living, that she incorporated yoga as a daily practice.
Taylor holds a 500-hour yoga certification from Miracosta College, where she also studied dance, kinesiology, and music. She is also a certified Pilates instructor.
Taylor enjoys teaching playful yoga sequences that challenge and invigorate the body and mind. She emphasizes the importance of linking intentional movement with awareness of breath for a safer practice and deeper understanding of the body.
