Questa Li began her yogic journey in 2004. After several years of devoted practice, she began her training to become a yoga teacher, believing strongly in yoga’s healing and transformational potential for body, mind and spirit. Since completing her teacher training, Questa has studied many different styles of yoga, including Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. After teaching a wide variety of yoga styles, Questa has found that her true love is teaching Restorative Yoga. Her classes utilize meditation, breathwork, movement, and deeply restful restorative poses to calm the body/mind/spirit, allowing students to access a state of deep relaxation, healing and connection to Source.
