Keri first began practicing yoga in 2005. She was initially drawn to the mat for the physical benefits and as a way to escape from the hectic business world she lived in for 10 years. Soon after she began to see subtle shifts occur: a clearer mind, inner peace, and living every moment in the present. As a teacher of various styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Yin, Keri emphasizes a mindful breath along with detailed alignment. Keri’s goal is to create a playful and challenging space for students of all levels to safely explore their edges.
