Kelly McFadden, is an RYT-200 and holds an MBA in Health Administration. For many years, yoga was something Kelly did in the offseason as a Division I field hockey player in college and a competitive high school field hockey coach in Denver, CO. In 2011, she turned to yoga as a way to heal from loss, open her heart, and live life with greater compassion, kindness, and joy. Yoga quickly became the change agent for positive growth in her life. Not long after moving to San Diego, and leaving her field hockey community behind, she desired connection and the opportunity to help others grow and progress. Kelly completed her 200-hour teaching certification at Inhale Yoga & Fitness in 2016 with Lora Heiner, and studied with Josh Blatter, Luke Wientzen, Andrew Rivin, Andrew Werner and Jano Galindo. In addition, Kelly has learned from other inspirational teachers including Desiree Rumbaugh, Sean Haleen and Michelle Marchildon. Kelly works as a healthcare management consultant. Whether inspiring others on their mat or leading healthcare organizations forward, Kelly’s purpose is to serve others in creating health. Kelly's classes are intelligently sequenced to inspire confidence, strength, and transformation.
