Clancy is an avid athlete with a love for motocross. He discovered yoga in 2010 as a way to increase strength and flexibility, and soon realized that yoga improved his mental focus and lowered stress. To both deepen his own personal practice and to share his knowledge of yoga with others, Clancy completed his 200 hr vinyasa yoga teachers certification in 2013 with Katie Brauer, Danny Arguetty and Lora Heiner. Using breath and alignment as key guides, Clancy inspires his students to find their truest potential both on and off the mat.
