Cecilia Escobar E-RYT200 discovered her passion for Yoga in 2010 after attending her first class at a nearby community college. She developed a deep commitment to the tradition of yoga and her knowledge expanded beyond the physical aspects of the practice. Her thirst for knowledge led her to earn formal certification and landed her at the foot of some of the world's greatest teachers. Cecilia feels ready to share all she has learned with her students.
At Inhale Yoga, Cecilia leads a supportive yoga class based on the principles of safe and proper alignment. Each class will incorporate aspects of mediation and different forms of pranayama. She utilizes,a variety of yoga props and support to ensure that each student can align themselves to recieve the very most out of each posture - both physically and mentally. After learning this method of yoga from one of her most influential teachers, she has incorporated a supportive practice into her daily life and feels this format is one of the most beneficial and imformative ways to practice.
