Since reading the seminal writing "Be Here Now" by Ram Das in the early '70s, spirituality, yoga and meditation is a lifetime connection has been the cornerstone in her life. In 2007 Camilla followed her calling to become a teacher of yoga, with a desire to create a safe haven for those who wanted to come together and study the path of yoga. As a seasoned Ashtanga yoga practitioner, Camilla chose to study and receive her first 200 RYT in Anahata Yoga, and then continued her studies in Anusara Yoga with Geri Portnoy, Restorative Yoga with Roger Cole and advanced studies with Tracy & Ganga White, to give thanks to just a few of her teachers. As a 200 E-RYT, Camilla helped develop the teacher training program for Foundation Yoga & Wellness. Camilla’s style of teaching is lighthearted with an emphasis on exploring and embodying every possibility within ourselves as we follow our internal compass and move towards freedom. She encourages her students to stay connected to their intuition and follow the energy to where it leads.
