As a journey into personal development, Beth began the practice and study of yoga 10 years ago and was instantly drawn to the healing and transformative benefits to the mind, body and spirit. What started out as a way for Beth to feel better in her body eventually created a framework for understanding life and loving herself unconditionally. Beth is an RTY-500 and has studied with Baron Baptiste, Noah Maze, Desiree Rumbaugh, Ana Forest and many others. Beth’s teaching has evolved from a number of styles that have influenced her on her yogic path: the movement of Vinyasa Flow, the alignment and playfulness of Anusara, her deep love for mantra and meditation, and her passion for Ayurveda. Beth brings great enthusiasm, respect and joy to the art of yoga. In 2014, Beth underwent treatment for breast cancer, a heart-opening experience that deepened her belief that life, and specifically yoga, should be practiced with fullness, deep gratitude, and laughter.
