At Inhale Yoga & Fitness, our skilled instructors plan, sequence and develop their classes with YOU in mind, which means that all of our classes are ALL LEVELS. When you visit the studio for the first time, please ask Taylor or Lora to help identify the weekly scheduled classes that are most appropriate to add to your wellness routine, based on your goals and fitness ideals.
