We offer classes for students of all levels of experience, flexibility and strength. (Please visit the studio and connect with our skilled professionals to design your weekly practice schedule).
Level 1: Introductory level classes. Appropriate for new students as well as consistent practitioners wishing to reinforce foundational poses or enjoy a primary practice.
Level 2: Intermediate class for students familiar with the foundational yoga poses and pranayama (breathwork). The foundations for arm balances and inversions may be taught.
Level 3: Advanced level class appropriate for students with a regular practice and feel comfortable with inversions, arm balances and balance oriented transitions.
