This 60 minute class utilizes Inhale's unique Yoga Rope Wall to guide students into yoga postures using gravity, support and biomechanics alignment to provide a deep release in the muscles, joints and connective tissues. This class realigns the spine and pelvis, strengthens weakened muscles and enhances suppleness and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels including those seeking injury rehabilitation as well ass advanced yoga practitioners desiring increased strength and flexibility. Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 in order to give personal attention. Reservations are highly recommended.
