This 60 minute experience is an active class that targets the major muscle groups of the hips, shoulders and back, to create alignment, release and relaxation. The classes are creatively sequenced by Inhale's skilled instructors, to include warm-up movements that build heat and prepare the muscles to for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor with the support of props, and are held for 2-3 minutes each to allow a meditative focus on the breath and allow the body toslowly and safely relax and release tension over time. This is an all levels class, and is recommended for active athletes as well as those who are working with limitations in their movements.
