STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN
STRENGTHEN&LENGTHEN is a 60 minute class featuring guided exercises using the aid and support of ropes, resistance bands, free weights, TRX and yoga swings This class identifies assymetries and imbalances, and offers sequences to realign the spine and pelvis as well as building strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels, from practitioners seeking injury rehabilitation as well as advanced yogis desiring increased strength and joint support. Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 in order to give personal attention. Reservations are highly recommended.
