iStrengthen & Lengthen (All levels)
Utilizing our one of a kind Yoga Rope Wall, students are guided into yoga postures and given specific exercises using the aid and support of ropes, bands, and yoga swings to realign the spine and pelvis, strengthen weakened muscles, and increase flexibility. This class is appropriate for all students, including those seeking injury rehabilitation to advanced yoga practitioners desiring increased strength and flexibility. Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 in order to give personal attention. Reservations are highly recommended.
