This 60 minute class features alignment based hatha yoga poses and transitions united with deep yogic breathing. Each class is different and up to the creativity of the guide: anatomical safety, alignment and breathing are the top priorities. This all levels class is guided by the instructor to offer appropriate poses for all levels of practitioner as poses are offered in progressive stages. Inversions, arm balances, pranayama and meditation techniques may be offered. Excellent for building strength, endurance, flexibility and focus.
