BREATH & BODY
Join Luke Wientzen for a unique 60 minute experiencing a range of breathing techniques to create deep relaxation, reduced stress and enhanced focus. Class sequences are creatively sequenced to blend hatha yoga poses with the ancient movements of qi-gong and Tai Chi. This class allows the opportunity for students to connect deeply to their breathing using traditional pranayama as well as contemporary breath work techniques; a seated meditation at the end of class is offered to encourage relaxation and wellbeing. This class is all levels.
