iBreath&Body: All levels
This 60 minute experience blends hatha, qi-gong, Tai Chi and slow vinyasa (viniyoga) and subtle body movements. Each class is creatively sequenced and guided and may include use of the yoga rope wall, backless yoga chairs, and other props. This class allows the opportunity for students to connect deeply to their breathing using traditional pranayama as well as contemporary breath work techniques; a seated meditation at the end of class is offered to encourage relaxation and wellbeing.
