Join Lora Heiner on Thursday evenings & Sunday mornings for a Signature Offering: Function Flow. Class features alignment-based hatha yoga poses, fused with functional fitness methodologies, resulting in multi-planar, multi joint movements that create balanced strength, mobility and flexibility. Props are utilized to strengthen and mobilize the body, including weights, resistance bands, myofascial release tools and classical yoga props. Each class is different and themed to include yoga philosophy. Anatomical safety, alignment and breathing are the top priorities, and offers you an opportunity to learn about your own personal anatomy, and build techniques for establishing longevity in your yoga asana practice. This is an all levels class, offering progressions that allows every student to be appropriately challenged at their own pace.
